Printed Veneer Training for Dentists
Dr. Trembley developed the Printed PERL Veneer workflow. Now he teaches it. This page is for clinicians who want to add a conservative, digital, full-smile system to their practice.
Local dentists treat patients.Authorities teach other doctors.
Dr. Trembley does not just perform Printed PERL Veneer cases. He built the workflow from the ground up and has refined it since founding Smile On Nashville in 2017.
Teaching is how a clinical method becomes a standard. When Dr. Trembley works with other dentists, he shares the full system: digital design, material decisions, case planning, finishing, and the business model behind it. You learn it from the person who created it.
Why Printed Veneers Matter
Patients are asking questions that traditional porcelain workflows cannot always answer well. Printed PERL Veneers give dentists a new option.
Porcelain veneers require significant tooth reduction. That works well for many cases. But some patients want a more conservative path. They want a better smile without aggressive enamel removal.
Printed PERL Veneers are designed for those cases. The workflow is digital from start to finish. The materials are printed ceramic-resin hybrids. The prep is minimal to none. And the design is saved, so it can be reprinted if something chips or changes.
For a practice, this means you can serve patients who would otherwise walk away from cosmetic treatment. It expands what you can offer without replacing anything you already do.
What the system delivers
- Minimal to no enamel removal in many cases
- Little to no anesthesia typically required
- Digital design is saved and re-printable
- Chips are repairable without full replacement
- Veneers ready in 2 to 4 days
- Conservative approach builds patient trust
- In-house lab and digital design tools
What Dentists Learn
The training covers the full clinical and business workflow, not just the clinical steps.
Digital workflow
How to take a printed veneer case from photos through delivery with digital smile design and digital dentistry tools. The full chain, in order, with nothing skipped.
Smile design principles
The art side. Tooth shape, smile width, edge symmetry, gum line, and facial balance. Design decisions that hold up long-term.
Material selection
Printed hybrid materials behave differently than porcelain. Knowing when and how to use them is core to good case planning.
Case planning
How to evaluate a patient, spot good candidates, set honest expectations, and plan a case that succeeds clinically and satisfies the patient.
Finishing and polishing
The final result depends heavily on how you finish. Dr. Trembley covers the techniques he uses to get a result that looks natural and lasts.
Business model
How to present this service, price it, and talk about it so the right patients say yes.
How Training Works
This is not a lecture on concepts. Dr. Trembley walks through real cases, real decisions, and the logic behind each step.
You see how he thinks through a case and why he makes the choices he does. The Printed PERL Veneer workflow is conservative, digital, and full-smile by design. Learning it from the person who built it means you get the reasoning behind the system, not just the steps.

About the Instructor
Dr. Trembley is a Nashville cosmetic dentist and educator. His work centers on non-invasive smile makeovers, Printed PERL Veneers, and digital veneer workflows.
He graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry and founded Smile On Nashville in 2017. He developed the Printed PERL Veneer system at his practice, building the workflow through real cases over years of clinical work.
His practice runs an in-house lab and uses digital smile design on every cosmetic case. He teaches other dentists because he believes conservative cosmetic dentistry is better for patients, and more clinicians should know how to offer it.
