Accessibility
Everyone deserves an easy, welcoming experience online. We are committed to making this website usable for every visitor, no matter how you browse.
Our Commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and the intent of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), so that every visitor can read, understand, and use this site with confidence.
What We've Done
- Full keyboard navigation, with a skip-to-content link at the top of every page
- Descriptive alt text on meaningful images
- Color-contrast standards applied to text and key interface elements
- Reduced-motion support that respects your system preference
- Clearly labeled forms, buttons, and navigation
- Semantic headings and landmarks so assistive technology can map the page
Ongoing Effort
Accessibility is never finished. We review the site periodically with automated tools such as axe and Lighthouse, and we test it by hand using keyboard navigation. When we find an issue, we fix it.
Known Limitations
Some third-party tools we link to, such as online scheduling and the Smile Virtual consult, are outside our direct control. We work to choose partners who share our commitment to accessibility, and we will help you any way we can if one of these tools gets in your way.
